# You will need Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox in order to use the Property.CyberCapeTown.com web based Property Management System.
# A 30-day written notice is required should you want to stop the subscription. This allows for enough time to cancel your debit order instruction. Payments
# The service carries a fixed monthly fee with the amount linked to the package you choose (Agent/Office/Platinum)
# Invoices are emailed at the beginning of the month for that month's subscription.
# A debit order instruction form can be completed which allows for automated payments. Should you want to make use of a manual electronic payment option, proof of payment will need to be emailed/faxed to us with every payment to 021- 433 2408.
We are Special Agents who subscribe to an Agent Package will also receive an Agent Profile page free of charge. SAY NO!
